Featuring a perfect sampling of the Tom Tom Club's "Genius of Love" and a big dancefloor beat, it was hands-down the best song Carey had released. The majority of Daydream continued along adult contemporary ballad lines, but it's obvious here that Mariah's tastes are changing.
