"I hope you got what you came for!," says this perennially cheeky X Factor soul-popster near the end of his fourth album. And while he's generally too polite to work up much of a sweat even on uptempo tracks like disco throwback "Wrapped Up," young Olly swaggers pleasantly right through the final minutes. Nicest surprise: Paul Weller's "Let Me In," a slice of country-soul. Be warned, though, the ballads lay it on pretty thick, as in the Demi Lovato-featuring "Up," where Murs draws broken hearts on windowpanes whilst waiting for a reply in the pouring rain. Don't keep him hanging, Demi!
